THE RECORDING, RADIO AND FILM CONNECTION
CONNECT TO THE INDUSTRY THROUGH PERSONALIZED ON-THE-JOB TRAINING!
LEARN A TRADE BY APPRENTICING WITH REAL PROFESSIONALS!
In a day when expensive colleges and trade schools are turning out an abundance of graduates vying for too few jobs in a bad economy, you need an edge—an advantage to help you get your career off the ground. The Recording, Radio and Film Connection gives you that added advantage by putting you in the very heart of the job market—by training you ON-THE-JOB in the workplace through a ONE-ON-ONE APPRENTICESHIP with an established professional!
For nearly 30 years, our one-of-a-kind program has helped hundreds of new industry professionals launch their careers—as filmmakers, audio engineers, music producers, radio broadcasters, and even culinary professionals—by placing them as working apprentices in real film companies, radio stations, recording studios and fine dining kitchens. There’s no better way to learn a trade than to learn it on-the-job—and there’s no better way to make job connections than by apprenticing in a real work place!
NOT ONE DAY IN A CLASSROOM
Let’s face it: modern-day trade schools and career college programs are not cutting it when it comes to helping their students launch careers. Training in a college or trade school classroom with a bunch of other students might help you learn a few skills, but it will do LITTLE OR NOTHING to help you get connected to your chosen industry. And make no mistake—in this job market, CONNECTIONS ARE KEY.
With our unique mentor-apprentice approach, you will not spend a single day in a classroom. Instead, all your classes occur on-the-job, in the real work place where we put you as an apprentice. All of your training will occur in private, one-on-one sessions with a working professional who serves not only as your teacher, but as your mentor, guiding you through a structured curriculum and teaching you the secrets of the trade. By learning on-the-job, you will naturally make more connections with other professionals than you ever could by sitting in a classroom. And as our student success rates show, CONNECTIONS LEAD TO JOBS. In fact, while a large percentage of traditional school graduates struggle to get hired, over 70 PERCENT of our graduates get hired, and many of them are offered jobs by the very work places where they trained!
What do you want to do with your life? Do you want to be a filmmaker? A radio talk show host? A screenwriter? A music producer? A recording engineer? A master chef? The Recording, Radio and Film Connection can help you get there by placing you for one-on-one instruction with a working professional in your field of interest, someone with a proven track record of success. There’s no better way to learn a skill than to learn it one-on-one from someone who does that thing for a living—and in this economy, there’s no better way to gain an advantage in the job market than to be trained on-the-job!
The Recording, Radio and Film Connection can help you get there like no other school on the planet.
